Romatex Home Textiles is a multifaceted business manufacturing, marketing and distributing household textiles, incorporating:

Bedlinen:
From fabric sourced from Berg River Textiles, a full range of both branded and confined house brands are manufactured. The range consists of duvet covers, pillow cases, flat sheets, fitted sheets, continental pillow cases and quilted products.
Manufacturing undertaken by Frame Manchester. High tech manufacturing facilities capable of producing 600 000 linear metres per month.
Computerised overhead Eton material handling system
Automated sewing and folding
Computer aided outline quilting
Barcoded warehouse and packaging system
Innovative design capability

Duvets and Pillows:
the product is made on fully automated duvet and pillow lines with a capability of 700 000 duvets per annum and 1000 000 pillows per annum.
Manufacturing in both stitchbond and polyester cases with 100% polyester filling.

Conforters:
Quilts and comforters are manufactured on both multi needle and single needle Mamut machines utilising either spray bond or thermo-bonded fibre with a capability of 200 000 units per annum and 300 000 throwspreads per annum.

Woven bedspreads and blankets:
100% dobby and jacquard blankets and throws woven in 100% cotton.
100% cotton dobby blankets, jacquard blankets and throws.
Cotton woven bathmats in 100% woven cotton.
100% pre-dyed high bulk acrylic, dobby and jacquard baby blankets/shawls.
The range consists of branded and confined house brands.
Manufactured on Dornier, Dobby and Jacquard looms with a capacity of in excess of 500 000 metres per annum.

Bathsets:
Machine production in cotton and polyester sold to both the chain stores in confined lines as well as the independent retailers through an open range ex stock.
Manufactured on 11 tufting machines, mainly Cobble running from 3/8 to 5/32 with a capability of producing 1 000 000 3-piece sets per annum.
Capable of producing hi-low loop, cut loop, level loop and level cut.

Stitchbond:
A non woven 100% polyester fabric.
Printing of stitchbond is done by Berg River Textiles.
Manufactured on Mali Watt stitchbond machine with a capability of producing
12 000 000 m2 per annum.
